Aug 17th was the one year anniversary since Kennedy came home for the hospital . I am glad to say that we have not been back to stay since WOO HOO! I would say that is a great accomplishment. To see where we are from then to now is night and day ! When we came home we had diaper bag,apnea machine,oxygen tank,suction machine,feeding pump, and an emergency bag. Today, I am glad to say we travel with a diaper bag, suction machine ( which we barely use ) and cute lunch bag for kennedy food. I am grateful for the good health that Kennedy has had over the last year compared to what some of the other CHARGE mom's go through we have nothing to complain about. We are moving forward everyday working on sitting ( which we are up to about 3-4 mins) clapping , we are now rolling are hands for the bread in patty cake ( so cute), teething , scooting, and rolling all over the floor. Kennedy has taught us too enjoy each small thing she achieves and know that she will accomplish them when she is ready not when we think she should . Kennedy mommy loves you ! I am so excited to see what you are going to teach me in the future. Thank you for the most amazing last year !!

Life is a Beach ~~~~

Yesterday Aug 13th, 2012 was Kennedy first time at the beach! We had a great time even though we had to pack the whole house. Thank gosh for wagons ( and Auntie RaRa ) people might think I am super mom but I still only have two hands! I hope to go back very soon !!!

A good day

Sorry, it took me so long to update ! Kennedy did great ! I couldn't have ask for it to go any smoother. After placing the tube in her right ear they did a new hearing test. They said that if kennedy had any hearing loss in the right ear it was slight if any at all YEAH! They also took a look in her nose and it showed that the left is still open and the right has a very very very tiny hole . Her Dr. said that they will go back in again to repair after Kennedy gets a little bit bigger ( we are working on that ) . They said all the imaging when great and we would have the results in a couple of weeks at her follow up appt. So, with this being Kennedy's fifth time going under I am just so happy that she has had no problems with anesthesia. Kennedy is back to her normal self. She teething like crazy and we are proud to say she is on tooth #7 !!

The big day!

Well, it's 8 am on Wed morning and I sitting here with nana and grandma having some breakfast waiting for my little miss to finish with her ear tubes and imaging. We woke up at 5 am Grrr... but little miss was in such a good mood! She was playing , talking and being her normal beautiful self. I am glad that she never knows what coming next and I not sure I am ready for the day when she does. We did find out this morning that Keni is weighing in at 16lbs and 1oz ( I try not to get hopes to high bc every scale is different but hey I will take it for today ) Yea go BD diet !!!! ~~~~ I will keep everyone updated on Kennedy once we get to see her . They say it should take about 3hrs for everything , with the imaging taking most of the time.
